Define the pass conditions
Before scoring Fulfyld, write down the outcomes you need from its dtc and custom fulfillment service. Separate requirements that must pass from preferences you can trade against price or convenience.
What does the proposed per-order rate include, and how are storage, projects, and peak periods treated? What sample, definition, and result would let us test the answer consistently?
Ask for a repeatable test
Use the same sample and definitions across candidates. Record the result, the evidence, and the unanswered items; do not award a score simply because a feature appears in a proposal.
Score total cost, not one fee
Hold order volume, stock levels, parcel mix, and destinations constant across quotes. Test low-volume and peak scenarios before scoring the total fulfillment cost.
